Why is hiring a Realtor® important? A Realtor® is a real estate agent who is an active member of the NAR. Active real estate agents who belong to the NAR must have a valid real estate license and have an immaculate professional conduct record. Realtors® are required to adhere to an extensive code of ethics, so consumers can feel at ease knowing that they are working with agents who are  thoroughly vetted and have sworn to uphold important professional standards. If you are looking for a home to purchase: As your BUYER’S AGENT, you will get from me – a knowledgeable and professional REALTOR® who represents your interests. Initially, I will meet with you for a thorough consultation to determine your unique wants and needs in a home. Together, we will tour and explore potential properties until we find the home you love. I will then prepare a thorough market evaluation for the property, so your offer is competitive yet you do not overpay. I will complete your purchase contract, present your offer, and negotiate on your behalf. Once an offer is accepted, and you are under contract to purchase a home that excites you, I will help you to navigate inspection, negotiate repairs and seller’s concessions, and stay on top of the details…all the way through the final walk-through, closing process, and presentation of the keys to your new home!
