I first met Reisa Alexander when I happened upon an open house, and decided to take a look. Reisa was the seller’s agent, and aside from being incredibly knowledgeable, I found her to be very approachable, friendly, and patient. Being in a situation where I had a house to sell as well, I knew that buying a house in a competitive market would be no easy task. I had a really good feeling about Reisa, and asked if she would represent me as a buyer’s agent. Not only did Reisa help me through the process of submitting an offer that would ultimately be accepted, she also helped me to sell my home. Reisa walked through my home with me and crafted a to-do list to help ready my home for sale, and we were under contract in three weeks. She is very in tune to what needs to be done, and helped to prioritize tasks in a way that made things manageable. She touched base with me almost daily, and offered advice and assistance in every way, whether helping with the heavy lifting or meeting with contractors and inspectors. Guiding me through the financial and contractual timelines, she also helped to keep me on track to ensure that we met our own deadlines. Reisa is highly attentive to detail, extremely organized, and will negotiate an optimal price for your home.
